**Rental Agreement & Payments** A signed rental agreement and payment are required before check-in. A refundable security deposit may be required. All occupants must be identified and approved before arrival. Company-arranged reservations are welcome. The booking company must designate a primary contact responsible for communication, payments, and ensuring occupants follow property rules. **Occupancy & Visitors** Only registered and approved occupants may stay overnight. Additional occupants or changes to the crew roster must be approved in advance. No subletting or transferring the rental to another party without written permission. **Property Care** Guests are expected to treat the property, furnishings, appliances, and surrounding grounds with care. Any damage, maintenance concerns, or equipment malfunctions should be reported promptly. **Smoking & Gatherings** No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the home. No parties, large gatherings, or disruptive activities. Please respect neighboring properties and observe quiet hours from 11 PM to 6 AM. **Parking** Ample parking is available for work trucks and personal vehicles. All vehicles must remain in designated parking areas. **Pets** Dogs may be considered on a case-by-case basis and must receive approval before arrival. Additional pet fees and conditions may apply. We are not able to accept cats. All approved pets must be house-trained, supervised, and kept off furniture and bedding. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and for any pet-related damage or excessive cleaning. **Supplies & Housekeeping** The home is professionally cleaned and stocked with a starter supply of essential toiletries, paper products, and basic household necessities. For extended stays, occupants are responsible for replenishing consumable supplies. Guests are responsible for routine cleaning, washing dishes, disposing of trash, and maintaining the property in reasonable condition throughout their stay. Routine lawn care and yard maintenance are included in the rental rate. **Utilities** Standard utilities and Wi-Fi are included, subject to reasonable usage limits outlined in the rental agreement. **Outdoor Areas** Guests are welcome to enjoy the covered porches, grill, and fire pit responsibly. No fireworks are permitted anywhere on the property. Outdoor fires must comply with applicable burn restrictions. **Extended Stays** 30-day rental agreements are available, with the option to request extensions in additional 30-day increments. Extensions are subject to availability, mutual agreement, and payment arrangements. **Check-Out** Guests must remove personal belongings, dispose of trash, wash used dishes, and leave the property in reasonably clean condition. Excessive cleaning or damage beyond ordinary wear and tear may result in additional charges, as permitted by the rental agreement and applicable law.
