Questions about the founding offer

Is it really free?: Yes, one listing per landlord, free for as long as you keep it listed. There is no credit card, no coupon code, no trial and nothing to cancel. You request it, we review it, and if it is approved we publish it at no charge.
Who can request?: Anyone can request. Free founding listings are limited by area, and every request is reviewed by hand, so requesting is not the same as being approved. Check the Closed & Limited Areas section above to see if your area is still open. If it's closed, you can still purchase a listing at our normal pricing.
Can I list an RV spot or an RV park?: Yes. RV spots, RV parks, furnished apartments, and hotels are all included in the Founding Landlords program. Larger properties like RV parks and hotels use the appropriate commercial listing form. Check Closed & Limited Areas to see if your property type is still open where you are.
Does my email need to be verified?: YES, and it is very important to check your spam email folder for the verification email.
What if I want to list more than one property?: The free offer covers one listing. Additional properties follow our normal pricing on the pricing page. Contact us directly first, though, since we're sometimes able to work something out for landlords opening up a new area.
Is my address shown publicly?: Only if you want it to be. You can hide your exact address and show an approximate location instead. We still collect the real address so we can check the property is real, and it is not published.
How do workers reach me?: Directly. They call or text you, or send a message through the contact form, whichever you turn on. We do not take a cut of the rent and we do not sit in the middle of the booking.
