- Trash and recycling must be placed outside on the designated collection days.
- Do not move furniture or remove household items from the property.
- Children must be supervised, especially in the basement and outdoor areas.
- No illegal activity, weapons, or hazardous materials are permitted on the property.
- Utilities are included with reasonable usage. Excessive utility use may result in additional charges.
- Report maintenance issues, leaks, damage, or safety concerns immediately.
