Property Description
Private Room in a very clean, safe neighborhood. Room is part of a 3 unit building that owner occupies. The other tenants are quiet and respectful so I expect the same from any guests. I sleep in a pull out couch in the living room and spend half the week out of town so you have an entire apartment to yourself on the weekends. There are several restaurants/in the area as well as park one block away. Guest will have access to the fridge, microwave, stove, outdoor/indoor grill, and instant pot. Before you think of getting into any mischief, please know that I am a cop and will not tolerate any illegal activities. I do have a car available to use for rent, as well as can provide extra meals but that will cost more. You will definitely be putting some significant amount of per diem away and can sleep easy knowing that your work gear is not at risk of being stolen.
